docs/HANDBUCH.md is now organised for operators (install, TLS, configuration, users, firewalls, rules, network, VPN, certificates, HA, updates, monitoring, operation, security, troubleshooting, limits). The unused September screenshots are removed; README and configuration comments point at the new section names.
